By purchasing an item from our Online Store (at www.tecnolog.store), the consumer is automatically covered by the Satisfaction Guarantee, where within the first 14 days they may return or exchange an item (except as described in point 2) if it has not went against your expectations.
Although returns / exchanges are accepted within the first 14 days on distance purchases (as described above), returned goods will only be accepted if they strictly comply with the following conditions:
1. Returned item must be intact and without any mark / damage of use.
2. You will need to return the item along with its immaculate packaging, manuals and accessories.
3. Along with the returned good, you will need to attach the invoice that contains the same article.
In case of violation of any of these points, we will not be able to accept the return (and consequent refund) or exchange.
Changes or returns of towels, earphones / headsets, batteries, batteries, memory cards, external disks, consumables or software are not accepted.
Exchanges or returns of clothing, scooters, segways, televisions, laptops, mobile phones, smartphones, smartwatchs or tablets that have broken brand packaging are not accepted.
If you want a refund, it will be done by bank transfer to IBAN that you indicate at the time of the return request. Tecnolog will refund the amount paid for the item once the technical condition of the product has been checked and the conditions described above have been met.
To initiate the return / exchange process simply send your invoice to firstname.lastname@example.org, stating in the cause of the malfunction "Commercial Return". Afterwards you must send the article via carrier to Tecnolog. Once the article is in conformity, the value of the return shipping will be borne by the consumer.
