· The delivery date of each article that can be consulted on the page of each product is a forecast for shipping to mainland Portugal, forecast based on the normal functioning of all entities involved in the shipment and delivery of the order. All orders are dispatched by TECNOLOG.STORE with the same speed, however, due to issues beyond TECNOLOG.STORE, the delivery of these by the Carrier may occasionally suffer slight delays;
· You can see the preparation time for each item along with its availability. Most articles have a preparation time of 24/48. It is even possible that your order will be shipped on the same day if it only includes products with immediate shipment and was paid before noon.
The delivery time will depend on the selected shipping company. Please note that the times indicated are for guidance and correspond to working days, excluding weekends and holidays.
· All orders are sent by carrier from Monday to Friday;
· In the case of orders for large appliances / dimensions (for example refrigerators, stoves, washing machines, among other appliances), the order will be delivered by the carrier. This delivery service does not include the installation and / or collection of old equipment and the delivery of the new appliance is made only at ground level, that is, in the case of delivery to places that are accessed via stairs / elevator, the appliance it is left at the door of the building (building, shopping center, etc.);
· Orders placed on weekends and national holidays will begin to be dealt with on the following business day;
· In case of problems with delivery or questions about the order, you should contact the entity in which you are in possession of your order;
· When the Customer receives the order, he must immediately check the condition of the box (s) of the product (s). If you have an anomaly, you should immediately report the situation to the TECNOLOG.STORE logistics department, by filling in the help form.
