Returns and Refunds.
When purchasing an item in our Tecnolog Store, the consumer is automatically covered by the Satisfaction Guarantee, where in the first 14 days he can return or exchange an item (except for the exceptions described in point 2) if it has not met his expectations.
Although returns / exchanges are accepted in the first 14 days for distance purchases (as described above), returned goods will only be accepted if they strictly respect the following conditions:
1. The returned item must be intact and without any mark / damage from use.
2. You must return the item together with its packaging, manuals and immaculate accessories.
3. Together with the returned item, you will have to attach the transport slip that contains the same item.
In case of violation of any of these points, we will not be able to accept the return (and the consequent refund) or exchange.
Deadline for reporting the occurrence has 5 days from receipt of the order.
Changing or returning towels, earphones / headphones / headsets, batteries, batteries, memory cards, external disks, consumables or software are not accepted.
Exchanges or returns are not accepted:
Clothing, scooters, segways, televisions, laptops, mobile phones, smartphones, smartwatches or tablets that have broken brand packaging seals, underwear and breastfeeding products;
Tecnolog will reimburse the amount paid for the item as soon as the technical check of the product's condition and verification of the fulfillment of the conditions described above is made.
To start the return / exchange process, just send your transportation guide to firstname.lastname@example.org, mentioning the cause of the malfunction "Commercial Return". Subsequently you must send the article via carrier to Tecnolog. Once the item is in compliance, the cost of the return shipping costs is borne by the consumer.
